TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF GUARANTEED TURN TIME
Terms: Guaranteed turn around time is calculated from the time the appraisal inspection actually took place. Weekend, holidays and other noted non working days to NOT apply. Only Monday-Friday and under normal business hours. Example; Order is inspected on Friday @ 3:00pm. The guaranteed turn around for this file was 2 days. The file then has until the following Tuesday @ 3:00 to be delivered or you may request a partial refund. If the appraisal process is delayed by any third party (IE; Realtor not returning calls for purchase agreement, etc) this guarantee cannot be honored.

Hours of business are Monday thru Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm To request a refund please contact Mike Shapiro via email to request a refund form.

Payment: If your appraisal was not complete within the time frame as guaranteed you are eligible for a $75.00 refund from Real Values Appraisal. The refund must go directly to the company or person who paid for the appraisal. Please fill out the refund form supplied by us for the refund. Refund requests will take 2-4 weeks to process.
