Real Values is a Residential Appraisal Company founded in 2002 by Michael Shapiro to meet the demand for residential appraisal services of local, national and government mortgage providers. We have completed over 9000 professional residential appraisal reports.

Mike Shapiro, as self described entrepreneur started Real Values, LLC in 2002. After working for Shapiro Appraisal Service, (Real Values father company), he decided to branch out and create his own vision, a hi-tec, ahead of the curve appraisal company using all the available resources to accommodate the demanding needs for today's market.

Our company was one of the early pioneers in implementing technology to enhance service to clients, and we built off that. A family run company with a strive for unprecedented service.

Starting in 1996 working part time after school helping his dad around the office, to today being a licensed appraiser and the owner of Real Values, LLC Mike Shapiro has gained a tremendous amount of knowledge throughout the past 8 years making him a leader in providing FAST appraisal reports, utilizing all the best technologies available today.
